To create an account for access to BC Energy Regulator systems:

3. Click the Email Verification Code button
4. A verification code will be sent to the email address you entered
5. Return to this page and enter the verification code sent to your email and click Submit
6. You will be redirected to the BCER account creation page where you can fill out your account details and complete your BCER account creation
